Your plan includes a fixed number of scheduled visits and text credits. Adding staff or customers does not change your subscription price. Review any plan change before paying.

A simple month at a time

Plans renew monthly. Choose a larger allowance when you need it, or schedule a smaller plan for your next bill. No annual payment is required.

Frequently asked questions

Do I pay for each team member?

No. Every current plan includes unlimited team members and customer records. Choose your plan by the number of scheduled visits you need each month.

What counts as a visit?

One job booked for a date and time counts as one visit. Each repeat visit counts separately. Moving or cancelling before the start time frees the space. Started visits still count when unfinished or deleted. Booking ahead uses the allowance for those future dates.

Can I change plans as my business grows?

Yes. Review the price in Billing before confirming. A paid upgrade charges the package difference for the whole current billing month and adds its extra allowance. Smaller plans start at renewal, after we check your future bookings. Unused visits do not roll over.

Are texts unlimited?

Each plan includes the text credits shown. A short text usually uses one credit; longer texts and some characters use more. Credits renew each paid month and do not roll over. No extra texts are charged automatically. Payment processing fees are separate.

How does the 14-day trial work?

Try the tools for 14 days with no credit card. The trial includes 250 visits and 300 text credits in total, whichever plan you choose. Add a payment method securely through Stripe to continue. Otherwise, work pauses when the trial ends. Billing, supported record downloads, and support remain available.

Is SwiftSched always the cheapest option?
