SwiftSched

Route-aware scheduling for recurring service teams

Customer scheduling conversations with clear guardrails

SwiftSched connects appointment reminder texts with customer replies and AI-assisted scheduling conversations from a configured business number. Teams can use supervised sending, review or edit queued reminders, track delivery status, set quiet hours and daily limits, and route unresolved scheduling work back to staff.

  • Supervised mode requires explicit approval before a reminder is sent
  • Two-way conversations require appointment reminder texts to be enabled
  • Consent and messaging configuration can block outreach

Start from the appointment

New and rescheduled jobs can create reminder records at tenant-configured offsets. If SMS is off, no reminder records are created and no customer texts are sent.

Choose the sending boundary

Supervised mode queues reminders for staff approval. Eligible automated behavior remains governed by the tenant’s saved messaging mode, daily cap, quiet hours, consent, and feature availability.

Handle replies in context

When conversations are enabled, customers can reply to reminders, confirm appointments, and enter an AI-assisted scheduling conversation from the connected number.

Keep delivery and review visible

Staff can inspect pending, approved, sent, delivered, failed, skipped, and expired states, edit a queued message, and review delivery errors without guessing what reached a customer.

Frequently asked questions

Can customers reply to SwiftSched reminders?

Yes, when appointment reminder texts and customer conversations are enabled for the tenant’s configured messaging number.

Can staff approve messages before sending?

Yes. Supervised mode queues each reminder for explicit staff approval and allows the message to be edited or skipped.

Does SwiftSched claim automatic customer booking?

No. Automatic booking remains rollout-gated; the current public claim is guarded reminders, replies, assisted conversations, and human-review states.
